Chris Young is a chef-scientist known for applying science and technology to create culinary experiences that earlier generations would never have imagined. As a coauthor of “Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking,” he has created a book that explores how a deeper understanding of science and technology will help chefs achieve greater feats of creativity and innovation in their kitchen.
